I guarantee that Nolan will start as he was one of the better players for us last night.
So long as Enner is in there with Carroll I'll be happy and confident.

from what I heard of last night, and the way he played against Swansea last season I expect him to start Nolan

I'd rather have Morgan starting but not sure who if leave out - I think we miss him when he's out if we don't have Sakho and Valencia, he's the energy and trickery in either of their absence

Zarate will come out with Song or Noble replacing him. Nolan will play in Zarate's position.

Nolan, although scored and played well, shouldn't be starting. Not the sort of opposition for him.
Song and NOBES and Valencia come in for me. Nolan, Zarate and Amalfitano out.
Harsh on Amalfitano, but stick downing back in the middle.

I look at it being a home game and to try and inject a bit of pace. Nolan no longer has that in his locker.
Thats not to say I'd be annoyed if he started like some will.

I doubt either Song or Sakho will start even if fit.
So bring Valencia in for Zarate.
They have wingers so you need to leave Morgan and Downing out wide. If Sahko and Valencia were both fully fit they would do the job defending from the front. But they are not.
As hard as Nolan worked, Noble probably needs come back into midfield for his tackling.
Rest the same.
